The details

  • Depending on your group size and the occasion we have varying menus options available for you to choose from.

    Set Menu: 16 - 40 pax at $60 per person. Enjoy 3 courses, with 4 options per course to choose from.

    Alternate Plate Menu: 40 - 80 pax at $60 per person. Enjoy 3 courses, with 3 options per course that are dropped alternately.

    Italian Feast: 40+ pax at $50 per person. Enjoy sharing style pizza, pasta, and salads with platters to start and dessert to finish.

    All menus can cater for dietary requirements, inclusive of vegan, vege, and gluten free. Please advise us 3 days prior to your booking with any such requirements.

  • We are happy to work with you to ensure the beverage options are available for your booking that suit your group and occasion.

    Corkage is available at the discretion of management. If you would like to provide your own wine, please discuss this with us prior to confirming your booking.

  • Food and beverage will be charged on consumption on the date of your event. If you would like to request an invoice, please discuss this with us prior to confirming your booking.

    In order to maximise our spaces, we have minimum spends in place. There is a $4,500 minimum spend for our Restaurant and a $2,500 minimum spend for our Dining Room. The minimum spend is comprised of food and beverages consumed on the day, with any residual balance charged as a venue hire, if applicable, and is inclusive of 15% GST.

    Should you wish to book our entire venue there is a minimum spend of $6,000 and a booking fee of $5,000 for a full day or $3,000 for a half day. This will be charged as per the minimum spends mentioned above.

  • Once you have made a booking, your booking will be held for 3 days until written confirmation is received. If we do not have a confirmation from you within these 3 days, we are not able to hold the venue available for you.

    Final numbers are required to be confirmed 3 days prior to your booking and will be the numbers charged for on the day.

    A 30% deposit is required to be paid 3 weeks prior to your booking. Should your booking be made inside 3 weeks of the date, we require the deposit to be paid within 3 working days of confirmation.

  • If cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to the date of the booking, and the restaurant cannot rebook this date, no refund of the deposit will be made.

  • Lunch bookings are welcome to arrive from 12pm and stay until 4pm the same evening or later if the room is vacant for dinner service.

    Dinner bookings are welcome to arrive from 5pm and stay until half an hour after last drinks are called. Our licence runs until 10pm.

  • You are welcome to utilise our sound system if you have booked our entire venue. We cannot guarantee you’ll have access to our sound system if you only have an area of our venue booked as we need to take into consideration the enjoyment of our other guests.

  • We have ample car-parking available. If your booking is being transported by a bus, please advise us 24 hours prior to your booking so we can ensure the correct information is relayed to your driver.

  • Payment is required on the day/evening of the event by cash, EFTPOS, or credit card unless other arrangements have been approved prior to the event.

    For payments by EFTPOS and credit card, a surcharge of 2.5% will apply.
